Talkaphone is a well-established designer and manufacturer of technology designed to facilitate communication and increase public safety. Talkaphone was looking to improve visibility in their markets, more effectively communicate their solutions offerings, position themselves simultaneously as the long-established leader and a company with a future-focused ethos, and increase sales.
In order to address all of these goals, the View team created a strategy and executable plan that leveraged a mix of activities, from website improvements, SEO, content creation, advertising, social media management, communications efforts and more. This was all built on the backbone of a modest brand refresh and updated messaging.

Updated Branding
Talkaphone had an established brand that included a simple color palette and logo; however, once we benchmarked competitors, we established a need to elevate the brand in a number of ways. We started by augmenting their previous color palette, consisting of reds and greys. We built on these two base colors so as to not abandon the established and recognized brand entirely, and added a range of blue and red tones to increase contrast, interest, and integrate the most recognizable color of their Blue Light Phone technology. We also created and implemented a number of graphic elements to make the brand more interesting and modern, and establish some quickly recognizable iconography. The logo mark size was also adjusted to make the logo more balanced.
We integrated some more conversational copy that spoke to the problems Talkaphone’s technologies solve for its customers. The updates have made the brand feel more modern, accessible and effective.
